Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Cindy Klinglesmith and I am a native of Peru. 

I moved to the United States in 2005 where I originally began my journey in the housekeeping field. The inspiration behind TeamK was ultimately my late mother. Growing up, she was my biggest fan. She always encouraged me to chase my dreams and moving to the United States was the first leap to what would become a beautiful journey. In pursuit to achieving my dreams, in 2011, I proudly joined the United States Army. 

Having traveled the globe as a soldier, I was exposed to an abundance of opportunities. I encountered different lifestyles of living and unique approaches to adapting to those lifestyles and I knew that one day, I would create an avenue to give back to the country I now call home. 

Now a proud veteran, I have received my Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences, and my Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and am completing my second Master's degree in Bilingual Social Work. 

I am the proud wife to a retired soldier and mom to two sweet boys. I hope you will join me on my journey and make TeamK a part of yours!
