About Us
Cindy Klinglesmith, born in Pisco, Peru, in 1985, began her academic journey in Social Work at Federico Villarreal University in Lima. Her thirst for new experiences led her to participate in student exchange programs in the United States, ultimately shaping her future. In 2005, she legally immigrated to the U.S., immersing herself in the housekeeping field and excelling through her dedication and hard work.
In 2011, Cindy enlisted in the United States Army, serving with honor on multiple tours that allowed her to explore diverse cultures and deepen her commitment to community service. Under the mentorship of Elizabeth Sanchez, who became her godmother, she advanced her military and personal career. Today, as an accomplished veteran, she is the devoted wife of retired veteran Jeremy Klinglesmith and loving mother to two sons, Devin and Dylan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and is pursuing an additional Master’s degree in Bilingual Social Work and Public Administration.
Inspired by her late mother, Norma Mondragon, whose unwavering belief served as her guiding light, and her father, Luis Mendoza, who instilled strength and work ethic, Cindy founded Team K Cleaning Services, LLC. The guidance and encouragement from her mentor Elizabeth Sanchez were instrumental in building the confidence to turn her vision into reality. What began as a small aspiration grew into a trusted cleaning business founded on integrity, compassion, and teamwork.
In 2025, Team K Cleaning Services, LLC was named Veteran Small Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration for the El Paso District during National Small Business Week. This achievement reflects the leadership of Jeremy as CEO and Cindy’s brother Willy Mendoza as General Manager, supported by the El Paso Chamber, the SBA, loyal clients, and an exceptional team of employees. Cindy expresses profound gratitude to her employees, the heart of Team K, for their hard work and commitment, and she remains motivated to embrace future opportunities.
